Who We Are
Mithai Sweet Factory
We're not a franchise. Not a factory line. Not a frozen-food operation pretending to be homemade. We're a family kitchen on Glidden Road that woke up one day and decided Brampton deserved better Indian food than what was sitting under heat lamps across town.
Sweets, snacks, curries, chai — it all comes out of the same kitchen, the same hands, the same standard we'd serve our own guests at home.

Our Mission
To be the place Brampton thinks of first when they want real Indian food — not the kind that comes pre-packaged or reheated, but the kind that someone actually cooked today using techniques passed down through generations. We want every person who walks through our door or picks up an order to feel like they're getting something made with intention, not just ingredients.
Our Vision
To grow into Brampton's most trusted name for authentic Indian cuisine — where families come for their wedding mithai trays, offices call for event catering, and anyone craving a proper samosa or gulab jamun knows exactly where to go. We're building something that lasts, one plate at a time.
Our Journey
How we got here
A kitchen dream
What started as a home kitchen experiment — testing recipes, perfecting ratios, sharing with neighbours — grew into something the whole community kept coming back for.
